BENEVOLENCE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Jessica Ann Faber Foundation (JAFF) exists as a charitable, non-profit organization for the purpose of providing private arts education/instruction to qualified recipients. The JAFF Benevolence Assistance Program holds true to our mission statement and offers assistance to those with limited means to partake in arts education at little cost.  

ABOUT THE PROGRAM / REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY

  • We provide cost assistance available for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals​
  • A completed Benevolence Assistance Application and JAFF Board approval is required
  • Upon acceptance, you agree to allow JAFF to utilize your likeness and accomplishments in Foundation advertisements​​ and participate in event fundraising
  • Recipients must have outstanding class attendance, enthusiastic attitudes and respectful behavior
  • ​Eligibility for assistance is based on a combination of availability, income, and potential for growth within the art instruction chosen
  • Recipients must be evaluated and approved by the instructors/director of the class/program desired​​
  • Payments are made directly to the school, instructor, or store​​
  • Recipients are required to read and understand our Benevolence Assistance Policies & Procedures

2. If you are a minor, you may click on the link below to print your application. It must be signed by a parent or guardian and then submitted.
